Relevant degree preferred. Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a closely related field desired.
10 or more years of relevant experience required.
Extensive experience in spend management within a supplier, hospital system, or consulting is required.
Ability to make effective and efficient strategic decisions and prudent judgment to achieve long-range and short-term goals.
Must have executive presence and strong communication skills.
Capable of rapidly building trust, relationships, and credibility.
Promote and preserve the Vizient culture both within the team and in communications with other teams, projecting a strong work ethic, helpfulness, compassion, integrity, and character.
Proven ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals and groups that includes having excellent consensus building and conflict resolution skills.
The ability to positively influence, inspire and motivate people’s behaviors and actions.
Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $187,800.00 to $348,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
