Field Operations Logistics Support Specialist

VLinc Corporation is seeking highly motivated and operationally focused professionals to support field logistics, deployment coordination, and operational sustainment activities in dynamic environments supporting DoD, DHS, and other government customers.

This position requires individuals capable of operating independently in fast-paced field environments while coordinating logistics, operational support, and customer interface activities across multiple locations and mission sets.

The Field Operations Logistics Support Specialist provides direct operational and logistics support for deployed systems, field operations, and remote site activities. Responsibilities include deployment coordination, material tracking, transportation planning, operational logistics support, inventory accountability, customer coordination, and sustainment operations.

Personnel in this role will routinely interface with military, government civilian, and contractor personnel while supporting mission-critical operations both CONUS and OCONUS.

This position may support manned or unmanned systems, autonomous and piloted operations, maritime and aviation platforms, and expeditionary field activities. Start date TBD per contract.

• →Coordinate field logistics and operational sustainment activities for deployed operations
• →Support deployment, onload/offload, and movement coordination for equipment and personnel
• →Track and manage operational material, repair parts, support equipment, and inventory
• →Coordinate with government representatives, operational units, and support organizations
• →Support field site stand-up, operational readiness, and sustainment planning
• →Maintain accurate documentation, accountability, and logistics reporting
• →Assist with transportation coordination, shipping documentation, and hazardous material procedures
• →Support operational planning meetings, site surveys, and mission preparation activities
• →Operate effectively in austere, remote, maritime, or expeditionary environments
• →Support troubleshooting and resolution of field logistics issues under compressed timelines

• Prior military, government, or contractor field operations experience required
• Prior logistics, supply chain, aviation, maritime, ISR, UAS, autonomous systems, or operational support experience preferred
• Experience supporting manned or unmanned systems, autonomous and/or piloted operations preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in dynamic operational environments
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations and operational stakeholders
• Experience supporting deployed or expeditionary operations strongly preferred
• Familiarity with military logistics processes, operational coordination, or sustainment activities preferred
• Active U.S. Passport required or ability to obtain one

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance required
• Must be eligible for access to U.S. Government classified information

• Remote position with frequent travel. Potential for relocation assistance.

• Ability to travel on short notice and support extended field assignments when required

• Ability to lift and move operational equipment and support gear
• Ability to work outdoors and in operational field environments
• Ability to support shipboard, aviation, remote site, or expeditionary operations as required

• Prior U.S. Military service
• Aviation, maritime, ISR, autonomous systems, or unmanned systems support experience
• Experience supporting DoD, DHS, or Coast Guard operations
• Experience with operational logistics, deployment planning, or sustainment coordination
