Admissions Scheduler

Position Summary: Provides exceptional customer service for all internal and external customers including referral sources such as case managers, physician offices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities as wells as patients and patient families. Responsible for gathering all needed data in order to accept a referral. Make welcome calls.

Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year working in a health care environment preferred.
• Strong customer service background via telephonic communications required.
• Strong clerical and computer skills required including data entry, working knowledge of office machines, phones and filing systems.
• Experience using Excel preferred.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and strong command of the English language.
