• →Oversee the validation, cleaning, and analysis of program and operational data.
• →Coordinate with program managers and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance with reporting standards.
• →Monitor performance indicators and generate dashboards and reports for internal and external use.
• →Identify data trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
• →Train staff on data entry procedures, monitoring tools, and reporting systems.
• →Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to enhance data systems and tools.
• →Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies.
• →Support audits, evaluations, and external reviews by providing relevant data and documentation.
• →Research social services best practices and run analysis to offer recommendations for strategic planning based on organization data and best practices.

Ability to work and deal with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients as VOALA serves the neediest of the needy in our programs, which may include clients with homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse, recently released from incarceration, and other challenges.

• Services for this position must be provided on-site. As a result, the positions supervised by this job description are on-site, and supervisors / managers / leaders must be on site to provide proper direction and oversight.
• Documentation and data entry Review
• Coordinate with program managers and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance with reporting standards.
• Maintain documentation of data review processes, findings, and corrective actions.
• Lead data quality audits and assist in preparing reports and KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts and program staff to improve data collection tools and workflows.
• Provide feedback and training to staff on data quality best practices.
• Monitor data trends and flag potential issues for further investigation.
• Assist in the development and refinement of data review protocols and checklists.
• Other duties as required (subject to change based on the needs of the organization).

As service providers to the underprivileged and vulnerable in our community, all employees are considered Mandated Reporters, and must report any instance of physical or sexual abuse to proper authorities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications
• Ability to perform under circumstances of possible emotional stress and conflicts dealing with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients as VOALA serves the neediest of the needy in our programs which may include clients with homelessness, mental-illness, substance abuse, recently released from incarceration and other challenges.

• Master’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with HMIS, Adsystech, and/or Clarity programs

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Public Administration, Statistics, or a related field

• 3-years experience in data monitoring, analysis, or evaluation, with supervisory experience.
