Key Accountabilities: * Administrate, configure and monitor CRM applications, ensuring system’s integrity * Act as second level support, processing incoming incidents, problems and requests through Service Desk ensuring alignment with business users * Perform health and quality checks to verify operational excellence * Collaborate with vendors and CRM delivery teams in the development and deployment of new functionalities * Ensure operations related activities are performed in compliance with company processes and regulations ## Who you are * At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant role * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Master’s Degree will be considered an asset. * Strong experience with Siebel CRM and Oracle SQL (relevant certifications for Siebel CRM will be considered a plus) * Capable to understand the technical aspect of complex systems with strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS) * Good understanding of live monitoring tools (eg Splunk, Dynatrace) * ITIL Certification is preferred * Ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate with agile development teams * Self – motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple balls * Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek & English, with both technical and business audiences ## Not a perfect fit?
