This role focuses on creating integrated, customer-centric solutions for large-scale opportunities, ensuring alignment across multiple service lines and delivery teams. The individual will play a pivotal role in shaping compelling value propositions, enabling profitable growth, and ensuring delivery feasibility and quality through strong architectural leadership. ## What you’ll do * Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large, complex (>€5m contract value) multi-service opportunities * Engage with customers, including senior stakeholders, to understand requirements and co-create value-driven technology solutions * Design integrated solutions across multiple technology domains, collaborating with architects and service teams across VOIS * Define platform architecture, including system and integration landscapes * Develop comprehensive delivery and staffing models aligned with service delivery teams * Guide decisions on delivery approaches including partner engagement and build vs buy strategies * Consolidate effort estimates, cost models, and location strategies to support pricing and commercial decisions * Present solution proposals to customers and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine offerings * Assess solution feasibility, delivery risks, and dependencies to support informed business decisions * Review staffing models, resource availability, and cost structures to optimise delivery outcomes * Support contracting processes to ensure accuracy of scope, assumptions, and risk protections * Facilitate effective handover to delivery teams, ensuring continuity and clarity of solution intent * Lead internal solution reviews and contribute to governance forums for large opportunities ## Who you are * Strong experience in end-to-end solution architecture across complex, multi-domain technology environments * Skilled in engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions * Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams and align multiple service capabilities into cohesive solutions * Experience in creating delivery models, cost estimates, and staffing strategies * Strong understanding of delivery risk assessment, commercial considerations, and solution feasibility * Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams and geographies * Commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement in solution design * Ability to mentor and support the development of others within the organisation ## Not a perfect fit?
