Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday Security Clearance: This position requires the ability & willingness to undergo and obtain a Secure Vetting (SC) clearance. Pre-Sales: Support solution design, scoping, and pricing to deliver competitive customer proposals. Solution Design: Develop, document, and gain approval for network solutions aligned to standards and security requirements. Implementation: Deliver network installations to agreed engineering standards, ensuring successful change management, SLA achievement, and budget compliance. Service Handover: Complete Acceptance into Live Service (AILS), provide support documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Maintain process documentation and embed best practices following the introduction of new technologies. Proficient experience designing, configuring and implementing Cisco LAN, WLAN and WAN solutions within enterprise environments. Strong hands-on expertise across Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki, UCS, F5 BIG-IP and Cisco ISE technologies. Solid understanding of routing protocols, including EIGRP, OSPF and BGP. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Visio. Self-motivated team player with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
