  Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents.

  Assess resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.

  Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

  Develop and implement individualized care plans.

  Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support nursing staff.

  Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

  Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.

• Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team.

• Passion for providing excellent resident care.

• Long-term care experience is a plus but not required.
