RN Weekend Supervisor

Are you an experienced RN looking for a flexible leadership opportunity without committing to every weekend?

Cypress at Lake Providence is hiring a Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support every other weekend.

• Every other weekend
• Work 8.5 hours each weekend
• Create your own schedule based on your availability
• Hours can be scheduled anytime between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• Great opportunity for an RN looking for additional hours, leadership experience, or a flexible weekend role

• →Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff
• →Monitor resident care and respond to changes in condition
• →Provide guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• →Ensure nursing services are delivered according to established standards
• →Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
• →Assist with clinical decision-making and address weekend concerns
• →Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
• →Promote compliance with facility policies, regulations, and nursing standards
• →Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the nursing team

• Current, unrestricted Louisiana RN license
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
