We are looking for a 10x Operator and Leader to join our small, high-velocity team. In this role, you will embrace extreme ownership and real responsibility, doing whatever it takes, from managing complex regulatory filings to scaling internal infrastructure, to ensure the team wins.

We need a builder with no ego who is focused only on impact, capable of creating structure that accelerates execution rather than slowing it down. • →Own facilities management, purchasing, equipment, and operational infrastructure
• →Ensure teams have the tools, systems, and resources needed to operate efficiently
• →Manage and support multidisciplinary teams
• →Handle procurement processes, budgets, and vendor coordination.

• Proven experience in Operations /Business Operations /COO /Head of Ops roles
• Legal education required
• Strong execution mindset with extreme ownership
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments
• Ability to build structure without slowing the company down
• Comfortable operating across people, processes, systems, and legal matters
• Hands on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, Finance and external partners
