The Cleaning Crew Supervisor is a hands-on field leader responsible for safely and efficiently managing sewer cleaning and preparation activities. This position oversees employees and subcontractors, coordinates daily jobsite operations, and ensures work is completed according to project requirements, safety standards, and Vortex procedures.

This role requires regular travel throughout the designated region, with a minimum of 50% overnight travel expected. Occasional local day travel may also be required.

Responsibilities

→At least five years of relevant field experience, including experience as a foreman, crew leader, or supervisor.
→Sewer cleaning, jet/vac, CCTV inspection, trenchless rehabilitation, or underground construction experience preferred.
→High school diploma or GED required.
→Must be at least 18 years of age.
→Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
→CDL preferred or required based on assigned equipment and responsibilities.
→Working knowledge of construction procedures, jobsite safety requirements, equipment, and OSHA standards.
→Ability to operate or oversee sewer-cleaning equipment and related tools.
→Ability to read project plans, maps, drawings, and job instructions.
→Ability to complete accurate daily reports and project documentation.
→Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
→Ability to travel overnight a minimum of 50% and work extended hours, nights, weekends, or varying schedules when required.
