Supervisor, Final Release- Night Shift

• →Represent Quality/Final Release in production planning and prioritization meetings.
• →Communicate release status, documentation gaps, risks, and other issues that may impact schedules.
• →Work with appropriate stakeholders to resolve routine and moderately difficult workflow, documentation, or release issues within established policies and procedures.
• →Escalate issues requiring decisions outside established processes or the Supervisor's authority.

• Ensure the Final Release team consistently follows approved standard operating procedures and controlled work instructions.
• Support the development and maintenance of controlled Final Release work instructions.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, documentation quality, turnaround time, and execution of the Final Release process.
• Provide recommendations to Quality management regarding improvements to procedures, training, workflow, or operational practices.
• Support implementation of approved process improvements within the team.
• Maintain appropriate operational metrics and communicate team performance, workload, backlog, and risks to Quality management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, final release, or a related regulated manufacturing environment.
• Medical devices or aerospace manufacturing experience are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, train, or provide day-to-day direction to employees in a manufacturing or Quality environment.
• Experience reviewing Device History Records (DHRs), batch records, manufacturing records, or similar controlled documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Experience identifying, initiating, documenting, or tracking nonconformances, deviations, and/or CAPAs.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, technical specifications, work instructions, and controlled documentation.
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across Quality, Operations, Engineering, Program Management, and other cross-functional teams.

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $111,000.
