Project Architect (3 + years)

• Develop creative design ideas, concepts, and solutions from programming through construction administration
• Produce and coordinate Revit models, drawings, and project documentation through all phases of design
• Coordinate architectural work with consultants and internal team members to support complete, well-integrated documents
• Participate actively in client meetings, design reviews, presentations, and project coordination meetings
• Research and apply building codes, materials, building systems, construction methods, and product information; assist with coordination of project specifications
• Review project documents for coordination, accuracy, completeness, and consistency with design intent
• Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, site observations, and resolution of field issues
• Take increasing ownership of project tasks, deadlines, communication, and coordination, managing multiple priorities with growing independence while supporting project leaders

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 3-8 years of professional architectural experience
• Architectural licensure or active progress toward licensure preferred
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows; experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Working knowledge of building codes, building systems, construction detailing, and architectural best practices
• Strong design, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and continue growing in project leadership and technical responsibility
