Position Description:

We are looking for a Project Control Specialist to join ICE Team to improve infrastructure in our South offices. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree, and five years of related experience. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 30 days of employment.

Invoicing & Financial Coordination

Support monthly invoicing activities by gathering backup, organizing information, and assisting with reviews

Assist with tracking subconsultant invoices and coordinating documentation

Maintain invoice and billing logs to support timely processing

Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, tracking logs, basic reporting)

Ability to maintain organized project documentation and records Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors

Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Familiarity with construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) preferred

Experience managing and tracking RFIs (Requests for Information) and submittals

Problem-solving skills and ability to follow up pro actively Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Maintain a safe work environment.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or equivalent fields

0-3 years’ experience in a leadership role in project controls; 1 to 3 years in a supervisory role is beneficial.
