Responsibilities

  • →Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, and nonprofit tax returns.
  • →Conduct thorough reviews of staff-prepared returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • →Research and resolve complex tax issues and provide guidance to clients and team members.
  • →Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients.
  • →Collaborate with senior staff and partners to identify process improvements.
  • →Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting (experience with individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofits preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and tax preparation software.
  • Proven ability to review and supervise staff-prepared work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset.
