Lead a business-wide transformation programme

Work directly with executive and operational leaders

Shape the future systems, processes and technology roadmap

Reporting to the executive leadership team, you'll help deliver the next phase of a major business transformation programme. Working alongside internal stakeholders and implementation partners, you'll design future-state processes, support the rollout of new systems and drive adoption across the business.

Map current and future-state business processes

Gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions

Manage vendor relationships and implementation activities

Develop a phased systems and technology rollout roadmap

Lead stakeholder engagement, change management and user adoption

Business analysis experience within construction or project-based environments

Strong process improvement and systems implementation capability

Proven stakeholder engagement across executive and operational teams

Experience delivering transformation or change programmes

Procore exposure highly regarded
