Responsibilities

→Oversee Drive Lane Flow: Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
→Advise Customers: Recommend necessary services for routine maintenance and explain the work performed, including repair order charges.
→Communication: Check on repair progress throughout the day, contact customers regarding any changes in estimate or time, and obtain proper authorization for additional repairs.
→Customer Ownership: Take ownership of the customer experience, handling additional tasks to leave a positive impression.
→Technician Time Management: Ensure that technicians' time is consistently utilized to serve service customers.
→Work Distribution: Efficiently distribute work among technicians to ensure smooth service operations.
→Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Requirements
