Counter Sales Associate

The Counter Associate provides exceptional service and creates a positive shopping and sales experience for all customers. The following details are not definitive and subject to change based on organizational needs.

• →Build and maintain business relationships with customers
• →Conduct sales transactions
• →Recommend and promote items related to customer’s product or application
• →Process customer returns efficiently
• →Assist in the warehouse when needed

• Exceptional customer service skills required and a team player
• Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
• Familiar with dollies, pallet jacks and forklifts
• Physical ability to lift heavy product of up to 50 lbs and utilize 6 ft ladder while carrying product

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Sales or related work experience desired

HVAC experience a plus

Full Time Monday through Friday

Shift is based on business needs

Starting Rate Based on Experience

Minimum starting rate of $19.00 hourly
