Waves Express Car Wash is seeking a high energy and results driven Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations at one of our Upstate locations. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who leads from the front, takes ownership of results, and thrives in a fast paced environment.
This is not a desk job and not an entry level position. The right candidate is driven, accountable, and motivated to grow into a Site Manager role.
Responsibilities

- →Comfortable being accountable for performance and results
- →Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and develop others
- →High level of energy and work ethic in a fast paced environment
- →Willingness to work flexible schedules including rotating weekends
- →Ability to travel between Upstate locations as needed
- →Previous car wash management or leadership experience preferred
- →Candidates without direct experience may be considered for Manager-in-Training
