- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, Talent Development, or a related discipline.
- 5–7+ years of people leadership experience, including experience leading teams through complex priorities and cross-functional work.
- Demonstrated experience developing learning strategies, assessing workforce capability needs, governing enterprise curricula, and managing large-scale learning initiatives.
- Experience supporting frontline, retail, operational, or corporate learning environments preferred
- Experience utilizing Workday Learning or a comparable enterprise Learning Management System preferred
- Experience leading functional or technical training programs within corporate environments preferred
- Experience with learning analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement methodologies, preferably in Workday Learning.
- Education or professional certification in instructional design, learning and development, adult learning, or talent development preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn Learning, Workday Learning, AI-enabled learning solutions, learning analytics, workforce capability planning, or change enablement preferred
