10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience within healthcare, with at least 4–5 years in an executive-level capacity (VP of Operations, Head of Operations, or COO).
Our organization is a rapidly scaling, mission-driven interventional psychiatry platform dedicated to transforming the mental healthcare landscape. We provide cutting-edge, evidence-based treatments—including Spravato (esketamine), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and medically supervised IV Ketamine Therapy—for individuals battling treatment-resistant depression, severe anxiety, PTSD, and complex mood disorders. Backed by clinical rigor and patient-centric protocols, we bridge the gap between innovative psychiatric medicine and compassionate, accessible outpatient care, providing real hope and clinical breakthroughs to patients who have exhausted traditional therapeutic avenues.
Currently operating 3 regional centers of excellence, the company is actively executing an immediate multi-state expansion to 8 clinic locations, establishing the core infrastructure for an ongoing national roadmap targeted at 25–30+ sites.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, operationally rigorous Vice President of Operations / Head of Operations to lead our platform through an inflection point of rapid scale. Reporting directly to the Co-Founders/Co-CEOs, this executive will manage our day-to-day operations while spearheading our immediate expansion from 3 operating clinics to 8 locations, establishing the operational foundation and repeatable playbooks needed to scale into a disciplined, data-driven healthcare enterprise supporting 25–30+ sites.
The primary mandate is to ensure our clinics deliver exceptional patient outcomes and service through an accountable, standardized, and scalable operating structure. This role requires an executive who thrives at the intersection of strategic planning and hands-on operational execution—someone who can command unit-level economics, institute operational playbooks across new facility openings, foster strong clinical partnerships, and build leadership depth across every department.
