Recruiting Coordinator (US Shift)

Join Weave’s Talent Acquisition team! You will be a crucial member of the Talent Acquisition Team as Weave continues to scale and hire at a quick pace. We are looking for a motivated individual to own all aspects of the scheduling process. You will create a seamless scheduling experience for the candidates, hiring managers and recruiters through timeliness and organization. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow their skills in recruiting, is passionate about the candidate experience, is highly organized, has an eye for detail, and enjoys building relationships with stakeholders.

• This role is remote within India

• This role will be working US hours (9:00 am MDT - 5:00 pm MDT / 8:30 pm IST - 4:30 am IST)

• This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition
  
  

• →

  Manage an effective scheduling process for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

  Schedule interviews through Ashby.

• →

  Assist Recruiters to maintain accuracy of information within our Application Tracking System, which includes moving candidates along the pipeline, keeping track of interview feedback, and upholding sensitive information.

  Provide a positive end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact to final stages.

  Support Recruiters with top-of-funnel activities such as sourcing and candidate outreach.

  Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders in the hiring process.

  Bachelor's Degree preferred

• →

  Must be willing to work US hours

• →

  1+ year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred

• →

  You have outstanding communication, organizational, attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• →

  You embrace change with a great attitude and feel comfortable with ambiguity
  
  

• Experience scheduling in a high-paced SaaS environment

• Experience using Ashby or similar Applicant Tracking Software

• Experience building relationships and trust with stakeholders

• Experience sourcing and building talent pipelines
