Requirements

Undergraduate degree completed in the U.S., UK, Canada, or Europe preferred
Strong subject-matter expertise across core areas of chemistry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving ability
Prior teaching, research, or publication experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

→ Design and evaluate complex problems in chemistry across diverse subfields
→ Assess AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, chemical reasoning, and relevance
→ Provide detailed written feedback on problem sets, mechanisms, and solutions
→ Work asynchronously with AI researchers and engineers to refine and improve model performance
→ Ensure academic rigor and scientific precision in all chemistry-related content used to train or evaluate AI systems

Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 1–2 months
Commitment: Part-time (~20 hours/week), with potential to extend to 40 hours/week
Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous — flexible working hours
