Principal Engineer

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
 

 12+ years of experience building and operating large-scale backend systems, including significant experience designing distributed systems in production environments.
 

 Prior experience as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or equivalent technical leadership role.
 

 Strong hands-on experience designing and building backend systems using Golang ( our primary backend programming language) or equivalent experience in Java, Python, or C++.
 

 Deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, consistency models, asynchronous architectures, and system reliability.
 

 Experience building and operating high-availability services in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
 

 Strong experience diagnosing and solving complex system problems related to performance, reliability, and scalability.
 

 Experience designing data models and storage systems using relational and NoSQL databases.
 

 Strong technical communication skills with the ability to influence engineers and stakeholders across teams.
