The Applications Analyst II (Assignment: CRM Salesforce) serves as a subject matter expert for the organization's Salesforce platform. This assignment-specific role focuses on the administration, configuration, optimization, and support of Salesforce and its integrated ecosystem. The Applications Analyst II works closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensure the platform effectively supports organizational goals. The ability to drive strategic discussions, gather business requirements, and build scalable solutions is essential for this role.

- Partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, integrations, automations, and reporting capabilities that enhance user experience, improve workflows, and support strategic decision-making
What We Offer
~1 min read- Work independently to research, define, plan, and implement Salesforce enhancements and projects following the guidance and prioritization of the Director of Business Applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze current processes, and design scalable Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience
- Configure and maintain Salesforce features including objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and permission sets
- Serve as a subject matter expert for engineering team for Salesforce-related integration projects, and maintain production and sandbox environments
- Support data management activities including imports, exports, deduplication, and data quality monitoring
- Partner with and support key stakeholders across WelbeHealth teams that utilize Salesforce
- Learn and support additional enterprise applications as needed with guidance from the Director of Business Applications
Requirements
~2 min read- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications preferred
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Salesforce administration or support preferred
- Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with external systems and a working understanding of APIs and integration concepts
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model concepts including objects, relationships, record types, and data governance practices
- Familiarity with other enterprise platforms such as HubSpot, contact center systems, or marketing automation tools is a plus
- Must be willing to work Pacific Time hours and have the ability to work a varied schedule at times, which may include evenings, nights, weekends and overtime
- Occasional (1-2 times per year) travel for onsite visits or meetings may be required
