• Choose Your Track: Only want to work with toddlers, love babies? Great. Prefer hanging with older kids? Done. You only take opportunities you are comfortable with.
• Hassle-Free Pay: No awkward money conversations or waiting on Venmo. Get paid competitively and directly to your bank account. Earnings range from $15.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on location, experience, and family needs

• Keep kids engaged, safe, and off their screens with fun activities.
• Assist with basic routines (meals, naps, homework help).

• Experience: Some demonstrable experience in childcare (babysitting, siblings, nannying, daycare or volunteering counts!).
• Reliability: You show up on time and communicate clearly.
• Trust & Safety: To ensure the highest quality of care for our clients, all independent care providers must complete our comprehensive Trust & Safety onboarding process and meet all local, state, and enterprise childcare compliance standards. (CPR/First Aid certification is a plus!)
• Empathy: You genuinely care about helping families and hanging with kids.
