Full-time, Nanny & Family Partner – Charlestown, MA

A warm, loving, and active family in Charlestown, MA is seeking a reliable, organized, and nurturing nanny to join their home and become a trusted partner in caring for their two children (ages 3 and 5).

This family is looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, and eager to build a collaborative relationship with the parents to support daily routines, meals, schedules, and overall care. The ideal candidate brings flexibility to occasionally adjust hours when work schedules shift (with advance notice provided) and takes pride in keeping the home running smoothly.

• Total: Approx. 35 guaranteed hours per week
• Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: Off
• Friday: 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Note: Both children attend school. On Tuesday mornings while both kids are in school (~3.5 hours), responsibilities will shift to household management to support the family.

• →Provide warm, engaging, and attentive care for both children when they are out of school.
• →Partner with parents to manage daily routines, schedules, and activities.
• →Prepare daily meals, school lunches, and snacks for the children.
• →Assist with light household management (1 day/week during school hours), including meal prep (1–2 recipes), grocery shopping/pickup, children's laundry, vacuuming, and keeping common areas tidy and organized.

• Experienced, dependable, and eager to act as a true long-term partner to the family.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable around pets (the family has a friendly Golden Retriever).
• Reliable transportation (for grocery pickup; no driving required for the children).

• CPR/First Aid certification
