✅ Native-level Tamil proficiency
✅ Bachelor's degree or higher
✅ B2+ English proficiency
✅ 1-2 years of professional writing experience
✅ 2+ years of experience related to GenAI safety, data quality, QA, annotation, or analysis preferred
✅ Strong critical thinking, communication, and attention to detail

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship).
• This is a 100% onsite role. Candidates must live in or be able to commute to one of the listed locations.
