Requirements
~1 min read✔️ Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) – Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
✔️ 6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience
✔️ Customer centric mindset, you care about providing an A-class customer experience
✔️ Resilience & a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
✔️ Professional references from previous employers
