Pay: $35.15 per hour + super
Duration: 18 Month Contract

Join Australian Unity's Clinical Health Concierge team as a Scheduling Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in connecting customers with the right healthcare professionals at the right time. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare coordination while working in a supportive, office environment with comprehensive training provided. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule clinical staff appointments to meet customer needs
  • Make daily changes to schedules as needed, ensuring customers receive timely care
  • Respond to scheduling change requests from clinicians and customers
  • Liaise with third-party providers when additional clinical staff are needed
  • Use scheduling systems (Salesforce and other platforms) to manage appointments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support including managing emails and answering calls
  • Communicate with team leaders about staffing needs and availability
  • Ensure all customer and staff information is kept up-to-date and accurate
  • Experience in scheduling and rostering environments (highly desirable). 
  • Sound understanding of administration procedures and general business practices.
  • Initiative in completing tasks to tight deadlines and the flexibility to handle constantly changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and empathy with customers and relatives.
  • Compliance with relevant screening requirements eg Qualifications, Working Rights and other regulatory checks required.
  • Certificate III or above qualification in community, aged care or administration is desirable.  
  • Competitive hourly rate of $35.15 + super
  • May 18th start with comprehensive training
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
