New Business Consultant - Inbound

We’re on the lookout for energetic results focused Inbound New Business Consultants to join a high-performing sales team in Sydney. In this role, you will be following up on inbound enquiries that come from small businesses and sole traders that request more information about joining this iconic market leading platform, communicate the key benefits of the web based advertising new customers will receive.

• →Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s and sales targets
  
  
• →Making a high volume of inbound phone calls 
  
  
• →Explaining the key benefits of hipages with potential clients
  
  
• →Handling customer objections
  
  
• →Closing the sale and signing up new members
  
  
• →Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge
  
  
• →Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that clients needs are met

• Competitive salary starting from 70k per annum + uncapped commissions 42k OTE (performance based) + super

• Sydney CBD location working onsite until trained (option to work hybrid if hitting KPIs)

• 1-2 years recent phone-based experience in Sales, Retention, or Collections roles (desirable)

• If you are from a fast paced customer facing role such as hospitality or retail and feel like you've got what it takes, we want to hear from you!

• A proven ability to work towards KPIs and hit sales targets

• Resilience, drive, and strong communication skills

• Enthusiasm to learn and develop product knowledge

• Solution based selling experience desired but not essential
