Equine Educator Part-Time

Western Camps, Inc. is a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing meaningful outdoor, educational, and recreational experiences for individuals, families, and groups. Operating under the names Wonder Valley Ranch Resort, Wonder Valley Outdoor Education Center, and River Way Ranch Camp, we offer a range of programs and services that emphasize personal growth, environmental stewardship, and community connection.

• →Teach children about horse care, behavior, and safety around horses
• →Lead riding lessons or horsemanship activities appropriate to skill level
• →Make learning fun and interactive by blending science, care, and riding
• →Supervise and support children to ensure a safe and positive environment
• →Care for horses and maintain a clean, organized learning space

• Experience working with horses (riding, care, or instruction)
• Enjoys working with children and teaching in a patient, engaging way
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Reliability and responsibility around both kids and animals

• Previous experience teaching or leading children’s programs
• Knowledge of horse anatomy, behavior, or training method

• Day shift
• Afternoon shift
• Flexible Schedule
• Weekends (As Needed)
