Responsibilities

→ Perform all aspects of asphalt paving, including laydown, raking, shoveling, rolling, and skid loader.
→ Assist with the setup, operation, and cleanup of paving equipment.
→ Work efficiently with the paving crew to meet production goals.
→ Follow project specifications and maintain high-quality workmanship.

Requirements

Previous asphalt paving experience required.
Experience with commercial, municipal, or highway paving preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, shoveling, and raking.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Experience with one or more of the following: pavers, rollers, skid steers, screed operation, or asphalt hand tools such as lute and rake work.
Reliable transportation to get to job sites.
Availability for early morning starts, overtime during paving season, and weekend work.
Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
