Delivery Planning & Performance Lead

As a Delivery Planning & Performance Lead, you'll play a key role in helping Westpac plan, coordinate and deliver strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Working across multiple business and delivery teams, you'll bring people together to ensure planning activities run smoothly, priorities stay aligned, and delivery outcomes are visible and well managed. You'll lead enterprise planning cycles, coordinate governance forums, and help teams navigate dependencies, risks and challenges that can impact delivery.

You'll also be responsible for producing meaningful reporting and insights that support decision-making, while identifying opportunities to improve how planning and governance processes operate across the bank. Working with tools such as Planview, Jira and Power BI, you'll help create a more connected and efficient planning environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex programs of work, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement through technology, automation and emerging AI capabilities.

You'll be a strong organiser and collaborator who enjoys working across teams to improve planning, governance and delivery outcomes.

• Experience supporting portfolio planning, governance, PMO or delivery management activities in a complex environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Experience using portfolio, reporting or delivery management tools such as Planview, Jira or Power BI.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for simplifying processes through technology and automation.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can enhance planning and delivery effectiveness.
