As a Transaction Banking SME, you will play a critical role in driving customer outcomes, revenue growth, and operational excellence by enhancing team capability, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the consistent execution of Transaction Banking strategies across SME customer portfolios.

Partnering closely with the State Manager and key stakeholders, you will lead the uplift of Transaction Banking expertise, support complex customer solutions, and contribute to the achievement of business growth and customer engagement objectives.

Deep understanding of Transaction Banking within the SME segment.
Ability to drive accountability and performance across frontline teams.
Strong commercial acumen with expertise in revenue growth, pipeline management, and conversion.
Proven capability to lead change and transformation initiatives at scale.
Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple business units.
