Responsibilities

- βPreparing operatories for hygiene appointments
- βSeating and preparing patients
- βTaking digital radiographs and intraoral images
- βAssisting with periodontal charting and clinical documentation
- βSterilization and instrument management
- βPatient education and home-care reinforcement
- βTurning over treatment rooms efficiently between patients
- βSupporting multiple hygienists within a double-column schedule
- βMaintaining OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
