Project Construction QA/QC

• Provide QA/QC oversight for painting and coatings activities throughout all phases of construction projects within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Verify that construction work is performed in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, applicable codes, and company requirements.
• Conduct inspections and audits of materials, workmanship, surface preparation, coating application, and installation practices to ensure quality and performance expectations are achieved.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and construction teams to identify, resolve, and prevent quality-related issues during project execution.
• Review and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, test results, and project records to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence by supporting continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to industry best practices.
• Support successful project delivery by ensuring construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational standards for integrity, reliability, and construction excellence.

• Demonstrate working knowledge of facility systems, construction processes, materials, installation methods, and technical challenges commonly encountered in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings and cut sheets.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer-based tools to maintain project documentation, track quality metrics, and support construction management activities.
• Demonstrate integrity, adaptability, strong time management, and a proactive, team-oriented approach while supporting project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support construction quality excellence through application of semiconductor construction experience, ensuring project work meets company standards, operational objectives, and customer expectations.
