Men's Group Volunteer - JH

Purpose of the role

• Assist in planning and preparing group sessions based on the interests, abilities, and preferences of male residents, helping create activities that feel meaningful and inclusive.
• Help facilitate group discussions and activities in a relaxed, respectful way that encourages participation, connection, and confidence.
• Create a welcoming, calm environment where residents feel comfortable sharing stories, exploring hobbies, and engaging at their own pace.
• Encourage social interaction and build camaraderie by supporting conversations, shared interests, and opportunities for friendship.
