In our 5 global studios, we have more than 100 designers in dedicated teams of Graphic Design, Color Material and Finish, Perceived Quality, Industrial Design, Trends Forecasting, User Interaction, Motion Graphics, Usability, Design Research, and Studio Engineering. A portfolio showcasing your abilities as an Industrial Designer is necessary to be considered for this position. Please include a link to your portfolio on your resume or as an attachment to your application. ## This role in summary As an Analyst Industrial Designer, you will support efforts to understand emerging trends, seek out real-life insights, and create design solutions that will impact experiences for the next generation of home appliances. ## Your responsibilities will include * Create assets ranging from conceptual sketches, CAD models, physical prototypes, and high-quality renderings/animations to communicate design intent. * Work with a variety of process partners to gain an understanding of marketing strategies, manufacturing requirements, and engineering constraints. * Grow an understanding of our design strategies and philosophies by working with cross-functional design leads. * Work with design specialists in graphic design, CMF, UI/UX, usability, and craftsmanship to create fully immersive experiences. ## Minimum requirements * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from an accredited school * 2-5 years of professional design experience in a corporate or consultant environment * 3D Computer modeling skills ## Preferred skills and experiences * Strong project management and planning skills * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate communication across different disciplines * Strong decision-making abilities and self-motivation * Strong visual communication skills * Ability to adapt design intent through the development process.
