Description

• →Maintain effective communication with various departments on load/material status.
• →Proactively address any material or delay issues with sales teams.
• →Resolve problems regarding load completion, driver delays, material delays, etc.
• →Coordinate load pick up times with transportation and shipping.
• →Provide thorough status updates to sales teams and customers as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a shipping or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
