We are a remote-first technology company and welcome applications from candidates across Europe, including the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and other non-EEA European countries such as Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and the Western Balkans. We also consider applicants from different locations who can work within Central European Time (CET).
As our team is quickly growing, we are looking for an HR People Partner to join our team and help scale a high-performing, product-driven fintech organization. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner for teams and managers, driving people initiatives that support business growth, engagement, and performance.
Your responsibilities will include implementing strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, performance, and offboarding;
- →Partner with tech & non-tech teams to support their effectiveness and growth;
- →Run regular 1:1s, identify risks early, and support employee development;
- →Drive performance review cycles and ensure transparent, consistent processes;
- →Support and improve HR policies and people practices aligned with business needs;
- →Advise managers on employee relations, team dynamics, and decision-making;
- →Contribute to building a strong, inclusive, and feedback-driven culture;
- →Support engagement initiatives, benefits, and employer branding.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in IT product or fintech companies;
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and performance management;
- Confidence working with managers and influencing decision-making;
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment;
- Intermediate+ English.
