The Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Management Administrator to join our team. The Sr. Property Management Administrator is responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and company procedures in managing government and customer-owned property. This role involves maintaining accurate records, conducting property audits, and managing the lifecycle of government property from acquisition to disposal. The ideal candidate embraces the hands-on aspects of this role, proactively learning and executing all property lifecycle tasks.  Additionally, they bring creative solutions to enhance property management practices and drive continuous improvement.

Additionally, the Property Management Administrator will:

  • Actively manage and track government and customer-owned assets from acquisition through closeout in strict compliance with FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, DFARS 252.245-7005, and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain auditable property records to track government and customer-owned property.
  • Execute physical inventory audits and reconciliations, managing the reporting and disposition activities for excess, loss, or obsolete inventory.
  • Lead annual Contractor Self-Assessments (CSA) and routine internal reviews to ensure ongoing operational integrity and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate and support government and customer on-site audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Process system and physical transactions required for plant clearance, contract modifications, and formal contract closeouts.
  • Stay continuously informed on changes in FAR, DFARS, and other regulatory frameworks to ensure company policies remain completely aligned.
  • Generate and submit required internal and external reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide guidance and customer service to internal engineering and program teams, helping them navigate complex property handling and reporting workflows.
  • Collaborate respectfully and constructively across diverse teams, maintaining professional dialogue to drive continuous improvement and innovative solutions.
  • Follow leadership directives and established company procedures explicitly, upholding a strong respect for the chain of command and organizational compliance protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of experience in government property management, contract compliance, or inventory control.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Strong working knowledge of FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS Part 245 property management frameworks.
  • Systems & Technology: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and direct experience with SAP (experience with PIEE/WAWF a plus).
  • Advanced Tech (Preferred): Familiarity with data analytics, automation, AI, or coding (Python) to drive process improvements is highly desirable.
  • Professional Conduct & Compliance: Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, operational integrity, and strict adherence to company safety guidelines, policies, and the established chain of command.
  • Communication & Demeanor: Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to resolve conflict while maintaining a calm, respectful, and polite demeanor.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, showcasing a creative approach to logistical and compliance challenges.
  • Mobility & Travel: Ability to travel as needed to support various site locations or audits.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs. (from 4" to 25"), push/pull up to 60 lbs., maintain a grip strength of at least 50 lbs., and reach above the shoulder (65"). Ability to obtain a forklift certification as required.
  • Security & Clearance: U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
