Responsibilities

Build conforming products by following detailed work instructions, blueprints, schematics, and production documents.
Perform precision assembly tasks including soldering, crimping, wire termination, harness routing, and use of hand tools such as crimpers, strippers, and soldering irons.
Set up and operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools required for assigned assembly processes.
Conduct electro-mechanical and mechanical testing of subassemblies and final assemblies and accurately maintain test reports.
Perform approved rework on nonconforming products and resubmit completed work for inspection.

Build quality into the product by reviewing documentation, completing self-inspections, and meeting required labor and workmanship standards.
Partner with Quality Control to present products for in-process and final inspection.
Follow applicable workmanship standards, including IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-A-610, and customer-specific requirements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S practices.
Comply with all company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
