Winthrop Technologies: Engineering Graduate Programme 2027

Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to clients across Europe. Headquartered in Dublin, we design and deliver some of the most advanced and innovative data centre projects in the industry.

We are seeking ambitious and motivated graduates from Engineering, Construction, and related disciplines to join Winthrop's Engineering Graduate Programme. This structured programme is designed to provide you with the practical experience, support, and development opportunities needed to build a successful career in the engineering and construction industry while contributing to some of the most exciting projects in Europe.

We are recruiting interns across the following disciplines:

• BIM Engineering
• Civil, Structural & Architectural Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Environmental, Health & Safety
• Quantity Surveying
• Construction Management

To be considered, you should:

• Hold, or be due to complete by Summer 2027, a Level 7, Level 8, or Level 9 qualification in a relevant Engineering or Construction-related discipline.
• Have graduated, or be scheduled to graduate, between June 2026 and June 2027.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in engineering, construction, and data centre development.
• Be a curious and proactive problem-solver with a passion for learning and innovation.
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
