Wireless Logic is een IoT-connectiviteitsprovider die miljoenen verbonden apparaten beheert via wereldwijde netwerken. Vanuit Oud Gastel bouwen we de software die deze data toegankelijk maakt: portals, dashboards, API’s en platformen. Het werk is grotendeels greenfield. We zijn een Python-shop: Django, FastAPI, PostgreSQL.

Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een team van 4 tot 6 developers en rapporteert aan de Head of Technology. De richting en prioriteiten komen vanuit de organisatie. Jij vertaalt dat naar technische uitvoering: je komt met voorstellen, denkt mee over de beste aanpak en stuurt het team aan om het te realiseren. Je coacht je teamleden en helpt ze groeien. Daarnaast bouw je zelf mee. Dit is geen rol vanuit de zijlijn.

Applicaties bouwen met Python, Django en FastAPI
Leidinggeven aan het developmentteam: prioriteiten, voortgang, kwaliteit
Technische aanpak voorstellen en sparren over architectuur en uitvoering
Datamodellen ontwerpen en optimaliseren in PostgreSQL
Code-reviews doen en codekwaliteit borgen
Developers coachen en laten groeien
Businessvragen vertalen naar technische oplossingen

Ons team werkt dagelijks met Claude Code en andere AI-tooling. Dit is geen experiment, het is hoe we software bouwen. We verwachten dat je deze werkwijze omarmt en het team hierin meeneemt.

Ruime ervaring in software engineering, inclusief het aansturen van een team
Je hebt productie-applicaties gebouwd, onderhouden en weet wat er komt kijken bij software die 24/7 draait
Sterke kennis van Python, Django en/of FastAPI
Gedegen ervaring met PostgreSQL
Ervaring met frontend: HTML, CSS en JavaScript
Je denkt in doelen, niet in taken
Je werkt op kantoor in Oud Gastel (4 dagen kantoor, 1 dag thuis)
Goede communicatie in het Engels; Nederlands is een pré
