Position Summary

Wishare Media Group is a Los Angeles–based digital advertising agency focused on e-commerce and DTC brand performance. We deliver integrated campaigns through media buying, branded content, and social execution.

We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our organic social media channels as well as our influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires strong creative instincts, platform fluency, and the ability to execute influencer partnerships aligned with paid and organic goals.

This position requires on-site presence at our El Monte, CA office.

Key Responsibilities

Manage content calendars and daily publishing for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key platforms

 

Coordinate with designers and content creators to execute branded content across social media

 

Source, vet, and coordinate influencers for branded partnerships and product campaigns

 

Negotiate deliverables and timelines with micro- and mid-tier influencers

 

 

Support influencer campaign tracking, reporting, and content approvals

 

Analyze and report on social and influencer performance, offering strategic recommendations

 

Monitor social trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to drive engagement and brand visibility

 

Collaborate with paid media and creative teams to ensure messaging consistency across channels

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Required)

 

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing (Required)

 

Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and platform-native content

 

Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social) and influencer tracking platforms (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, or manual tracking)

 

Familiarity with advertising and content performance metrics

 

Excellent communication and coordination skills

 

Experience in the e-commerce or DTC brand space is a plus
