What We Offer

This position involves a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to support our accounting staff and clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and has the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist accounting staff with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- →Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling phone calls & emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- →Maintain and organize client files, records, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with firm policies.
- →Accurately enter and update client information, financial data, and other records into the firm's database and accounting software.
- →Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, and newsletters.
- →Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed, including research, data collection, and report preparation.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an accounting or financial services environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
