Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
- →Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- →Train junior accountants, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- →Delegate and review tasks of their team members.
- →Stay current on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and share knowledge with the team.
- →Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax and financial reporting.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience managing a team.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software Xero and Karbon is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
