Marketing Intern – New Verticals & Retail Partnerships

Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

• →Define the problem, map the opportunity, and propose data-informed approaches
• →Research best practices and gather insights to shape your solutions
• →Develop frameworks, processes, and materials that can scale beyond the pilot
• →Collaborate closely with commercial, account management, and brand teams
• →Test, measure, and iterate based on results
• →Present progress, findings, and recommendations at key checkpoints

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field — and in your final year of study
• Genuine interest in marketing, retail, or platform businesses
• A data-driven mindset — you use numbers to inform decisions, not just to report them
• A structured thinker who can turn ambiguity into a clear plan or process
• Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and managing your own time
• Curious, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative with limited guidance
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) — essential for working with our international teams; German is a strong plus for engaging with local partners
• Ability to work on-site / in office as part of the team in Berlin
• Eligible to work part-time (20 hrs/week) under German employment regulations
