As a Restaurant Development Specialist, you will join our Restaurant Development team, acting as a strategic partner for our existing restaurant partners. You won’t just be "managing accounts"- you will be a growth consultant, using data to help restaurants optimize their operations, improve their menu, and maximize their profitability and sales on the Wolt platform.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Driving and managing the growth of your restaurant portfolio
- →Monitoring and improving operational KPIs for your restaurants
- →Becoming a key knowledge source and go-to person for restaurant-related strategies
- →Be a visible partner in the field: You will dedicate 2 days a week to face-to-face meetings with your partners and build stronger relationships.
- →Actively drive sales growth and leveraging Wolt's various promotional tools
- →Manage and maintain close ongoing relationships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 venues, ensuring operational excellence, performance growth, and continuous support.
- →Collaborating closely with Finance, Analytics, and Marketing teams to address restaurant needs
- →Using data to drive commercial and strategic discussions with restaurant partners on a daily basis
- Proven experience in key account management or business development (2-4 years)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market dynamics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with a diverse range of partners, from restaurant owners to managers, and adapt your approach accordingly.
- Strong technical skills and logical thinking.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English – a must.
- Deep understanding of the restaurant industry, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and restaurant needs. - an advantage
